Carpet Cleaning
While soil removal is the main objective of carpet cleaning, that objective can be achieved using a variety of cleaning methods. We carefully assess and consider several factors including use, condition, type of carpet and level of soiling.
Every carpet has unique characteristics so each cleaning project should be carefully evaluated to achieve the best outcome.
When we remove soil, we restore the carpet to better condition and create a healthier environment. Cleaning for health has never been more important than it is today due to the focus on mold, bacterial growth and going green.
What is Wicking? When a carpet has just been cleaned it is not uncommon for a spot that appeared to be gone earlier to come to the surface as it dries. This is called wicking. Please call to ask whether our SpotOut product will fix it or if we need to stop by again to correct the spot.
We will be happy to return for any re-service within 30 days.
We offer 3 main types of carpet cleaning:
Hot Water Extraction by Truck Mount or Portable
Hot water extraction is a cleaning process in which hot water and cleaning solution is sprayed onto the carpet and promptly removed along with suspended soils by a vacuum system. We do offer a seed-based anti-allergen solution if you have allergies or health concerns.
Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning
Low Moisture is designed for intermittent cleaning that dries in an hour or two. It is intended for routine maintenance between restorative cleanings and is commonly practiced with our commercial accounts.
Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning
Dry cleaning is a system that uses minimal amounts of cleaning solution, followed by high soil removal that allows you to use the carpet immediately afterwards. We use a Green Seal Certified cleaner which is a soft, organic, natural product containing all the necessary liquid to dissolve and absorb both oil and water based soil.
