Enhancing the indoor environment by soil removal is the main goal for cleaning carpets. Selecting the best cleaning method is the next consideration, depending on the carpet fiber, soil level, and how quickly people need to walk on it. We offer three main types of cleaning. Our main choice is Hot Water Extraction by either our truck mount or portable. Low moisture is most often used for commercial purposes, for the quarterly traffic cleaning with an advantage of quick drying which returns it more quickly to back in-use.

The Dry Extraction system is Green Seal certified which uses a soft, organic natural product with just enough liquid to dissolve and absorb oil and water-based soil. This is great for the environment as it uses less water and is safe to discard. The Spot Treatment system works well for many pet odor or urine concerns. The technician applies a solution that goes down into the carpeted area of concern and, after dwell time, is then extracted.

Wicking possibility: 

After the carpet is completely dried, sometimes a customer notices a remaining spot or a resurfacing spot. If a larger spill has gone down into the carpet or the pad, it will be drawn up to the surface during the drying process and may require a light spot clean of that ‘wicking’ spot. We offer a re-service within 30 days to cover those issues.
